What is Secure Online Banking? |

Secure Online Banking allows our customers even greater security when using Online Banking. Selecting this button will take you to a secure web page to enter your Login Name and Password when logging in to Online Banking. The secure website is indicated by the "https:" in the web address and the lock picture located in the bottom right corner of the window in the status area. |

Do I have to register to use Online Banking? |

Yes. Please visit any of our four locations to complete a one-time application for Online Banking. We will then issue you a Login Name and a Password. Upon your first visit to the Online Banking site you will be asked to select a Password of your choice and that Password will be used whenever you access Online Banking. |

How do I use Online Banking? |

- From the home page, click on the "Secure Online Banking" button.
- Enter your Login Name then click on the "Login" button.
- Using your mouse, enter your temporary password on the keypad provided on the screen and then select the "Enter" button.
- The next screen will display your personalized security device. You can change the image and phrase embedded in your security device by clicking the "Change Image and Phrase" button. Please be aware each time you login, your image and phrase should match your selection.
- Select "Continue" button.
- You will now be prompted to change your password. Instructions with the criteria for your new complex password will appear on the screen.

What if not all my accounts appear on my account list? |

You must be an owner on an account to have it listed. If an account falls into this category and is not shown on your listing, simply call customer service, at 863-2567, to have it added. |

How current is the information about my accounts? |

Account information is available as of the last business day. |

Can I change my Login Name and Password? |

Yes, you can change your Login Name and Password as often as you want. |

What if I enter the wrong Login Name or Password? |

For security purposes, three consecutive invalid sign-on attempts will disable your sign on. If you are disabled, contact customer service at (512) 863-2567 and we will reset your Login Name and Password. |

What if I forget my Password? |

We do not have access to your Password once it has been changed; however, we can reset your Password. You can then change the password to your own preferred Password. Just give us a call. |

Will I continue to receive a paper account statement in the mail? |

Yes, we will mail a copy of your account statement at the regular intervals. |

From the time your Online Banking access is setup, you will be able to view any future statements online. |

If you get an error message please make a note of the message, the error number and the time. Then simply call the bank and we will make every effort to resolve the issue as soon possible. |

You must first be enrolled in Online Banking. After logging in to your account, select "Bill Pay" from the side menu bar. Sign up for Bill Pay. You will be contacted by email upon approval within 72 hours. |
