Teen Savers is available for youth from the ages of 13 to 19 years old.  One dollar is the minimum amount required to open an account.  There is not a minimum balance required and no fees are attached to this account.  Teen Savers do earn interest!  Jr. Savers accounts are automatically converted to Teen Savers upon reaching 13 years old.  This account will automatically convert to a regular savings account upon the age of 20.
